Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

 

The return and exchange policy applies ONLY to online purchases made through ShopHeartbreaker.com.

Purchases made online CANNOT be returned in a store. They must be shipped by following the directions below.

FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift cards, cosmetics, jewelry and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, or credit as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Please note that exchanges/refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.

 

 For Return of Online Purchases:

  1. Go to http://store.shopheartbreaker.com and log on to your account created at time of purchase.
  2. Request a return.
  3. Once approved, pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Return Form and Customs Documents (if applicable). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  4. Mail the package to:

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

We can ship to anywhere in the United States.

When placing an order, please allow 3-7 business days for UPS Groung shipping.  Need your items quicker?  We have added more shipping options, so please opt for another option!Orders are shipped Monday-Friday and require up to 48 hours for fullfillment

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
